CityGate Grille’s Outdoor Grilling Demo Series with Executive Chef Adam Tanner wraps up 3 - 5 p.m. Saturday, August 25.
“At our earlier demonstrations we had people asking about grilling seafood so this will address that ask,” said Tanner.
The three-course menu will be composed of:
- a grilled scalops with citrus herb pesto appetizer,
- a dual-entree course of grilled blackened salmon with honey lime sweet potatoes and whole branzino with lemon and fresh herbs, accompanied by grilled broccolini, and
- grilled Banana Foster for dessert.
