The NYE Menu

First Choice:

Parmesan, Fresh Perigord black truffle & cold water lobster risotto

Fried cold water oyster Rockefeller, creamed leeks, aged balsamic Hollandaise & fried prosciutto di Parma

Second Choice:

Lightly grilled romaine, parmesan basket, fried quail egg, preserved lemon, herb toasted brioche croutons, parmesan & lemon espumas

Salad of mixed greens, duck confit, dried cherries, fried Taleggio medallion, toasted Marcona almonds & Banyuls vinaigrette

Third Choice:

Hand-cut, bone-in, dry aged NY Strip, Béarnaise sauce, roasted root vegetables, butter and garlic poached haricot vert, Yukon gold whipped potato with sour cream, Black Diamond Cheddar & diced Pancetta

Dover Sole a la meunière and caramelized sea scallop, steamed parsley potatoes, brown butter haricot vert, & Hollandaise sauce

Chargrilled rack of small-farm, domestic lamb, minted demi-gastrique, almond encrusted potato and Tyrolean Speck croquettes & baby root vegetable medley
