20 MINUTE ABS
This class is for all fitness levels and focuses on your CORE. Exercises will zero in on your abs, obliques, lower back, and glutes all to help define and slim your waistline.
Get ready for a cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes you on a stationary but sweaty ride of your life while burning up to 650 calories! All that pedaling tones up the muscles, too, working the quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core. Shed unwanted pounds while minimizing the impact on your joints. HIGH INTENSITY, INTERVAL TRAINING CLASS
Target maximum fat loss with Olympus’ 30 Minute High Intensity Interval Training. This workout class features short, high-intensity training bursts followed by 10-15 second recovery periods all perfectly timed to Pop, Hip-Hop, Dance, and House Music. Is it a dance class? No, however the instructor may incorporate various routines and strength moves borrowed from the world of dance and breakdance. This class will be tailored to all fitness levels (beginners and advanced) and no dance skill is required. If you love loud music, a party atmosphere, and RIDICULOUS workouts (calling all bootcampers!) this class is for you.
RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS
This class focuses on the Vinyasa Method, a practice that stresses proper alignment and smooth, flowing (dance-like) movements. Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”, so proper breathing techniques will also be a point of emphasis. Main benefits include stress reduction, flexibility, toning, and overall well-being.
