Information about Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

UPDATED: April 1, 2020

At CityGate Hospitality our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all who come to our hospitality outlets. The health and safety of our guests, staff and community is paramount.

As a convenience to our community members we  are offering curbside pickup and delivery via DoorDash at CityGate Grille, and curbside pickup and delivery via DoorDash and UberEats at Tap In Pub. Menus and hours are on the websites, www.CityGateGrille.com and www.TapInPub.com.

In addition, due to the extension of the state's stay-at-home order, the reopening date of our other locations – Hotel Arista, Che Figata, Lavazza Naperville, Zorba Cocktail Bar and Arista Spa & Salon – is being moved to May 1. When we reopen, we will be employing recommended social distancing practices.

Even with the curbside pickup/delivery operation in place, we recognize that it won’t be business as usual.

We will continue following the developing and sometimes rapidly changing situation regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and taking all precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.

Our staff is fully trained and committed to the strictest of sanitation guidelines. Upon reopening we will continue to take these practices seriously and, under the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).

The steps we will continue to take upon resuming operations include:

  • Closely monitoring the advice and guidance from the CDC and WHO

  • Employing social distancing which may include capacity restrictions

  • Educating our employees on preventative measures provided by the CDC

  • Increasing the frequency and extent of our cleaning practices, such as additional sanitizing of high touch areas and hard surfaces including those in our guest rooms, dining rooms, treatment rooms, and all front and back of house areas

  • Providing additional resources that are available to guests and staff including hand sanitizers, extra soap and paper towels in our public and staff restrooms

  • Implementing heightened sanitation and hand-washing procedures for all staff members

  • Discouraging all personal contact within our outlets, including shaking hands

In alignment with the CDC, we offer these recommendations to our community:

  • Wash your hands frequently and use a paper towel to dry.

  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.

  • Avoid close contact with others, whether or not they display symptoms of illness.

  • Stay home except for essential errands; stay home if you are sick.

  • Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze with a tissue, and then properly dispose of the tissue.

Thank you for your support of our businesses on the CityGate campus. We look forward to welcoming you back

Sincerely,

The CityGate Hospitality Management Team
