This week the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a 285-unit apartment building with a 38,000 square-foot roof-level event center to be built at CITYGATE. The empty five acres on the northeast corner of Westings Avenue and CityGate Lane will become a five story, multi-family complex and will include an enclosed pedestrian walkway to connect to the CITYGATE buildings to the north.
