CityGate Grille presents 5-course Orin Swift wine dinner

Creative sparks will fly at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, when CityGate Grille Executive Chef Adam Tanner and his culinary crew pair each course of a bold 5-course menu with one of the fearless wines of Orin Swift:


  • Blank Stare Sauvingon Blanc with seasonal passed appetizers

  • Mannequin Chardonnay with rustic fall greens, maple-smoked cheddar, pumpernickel, local apples and creamy honey apple

  • Slander Pino Noir with braised crispy pork belly, charred late-harvest tomato sauce, creamy polenta

  • Abstract with black pepper goat cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomato, stuffed filet roulade

  • 8 Years in the Desert with bitter-sweet chocolate cake, orange peel, creme brulee, spun cayenne sugar
