Mannequin Chardonnay with rustic fall greens, maple-smoked cheddar, pumpernickel, local apples and creamy honey apple
Slander Pino Noir with braised crispy pork belly, charred late-harvest tomato sauce, creamy polenta
Abstract with black pepper goat cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomato, stuffed filet roulade
8 Years in the Desert with bitter-sweet chocolate cake, orange peel, creme brulee, spun cayenne sugar
