At CityGate Hospitality our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all who come to our hospitality outlets. The health and safety of our guests, staff and community is paramount.
We've been working these recent months to ensure guest safety as we reopened Hotel Arista June 1.
In addition, CityGate Grille, Che Figata and Lavazza are offering outdoor dining. As a convenience to our community members we will continue curbside pickup and delivery via DoorDash & UberEats at CityGate Grille, Tap In Pub and Che Figata. Each restaurant offers online ordering for pickup on their websites for contact-free transactions.
Arista Spa & Salon will open June 18. Appointment requests can be made by calling 630-579-3650 or via its website.
Olympus Executive Fitness will be hosting one-on-one personal training and is planning to launch some small group (<10) outdoor fitness classes under the direction of its NASM- and ACE-certified trainer.
We will continue following the developing and sometimes rapidly changing situation regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and taking all precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
Our staff is fully trained and committed to the strictest of sanitation guidelines. As each entity reopens we will continue to take these practices seriously, following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).
The steps we will continue to take upon resuming operations include:
Closely monitoring the advice and guidance from the CDC and WHO
Employing social distancing which may include capacity restrictions
Educating our employees on preventative measures provided by the CDC
Increasing the frequency and extent of our cleaning practices, such as additional sanitizing of high touch areas and hard surfaces including those in our guest rooms, dining rooms, treatment rooms, and all front and back of house areas
Providing additional resources that are available to guests and staff including hand sanitizers, extra soap and paper towels in our public and staff restrooms
Implementing heightened sanitation and hand-washing procedures for all staff members
Discouraging all personal contact within our outlets, including shaking hands
In alignment with the CDC, we offer these recommendations to our community:
Wash your hands frequently and use a paper towel to dry.
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
Avoid close contact with others, whether or not they display symptoms of illness.
Stay home except for essential errands; stay home if you are sick.
Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze with a tissue, and then properly dispose of the tissue.
