A new luxury apartment community is coming to CityGate Centre. Willow Bridge Property Company—the developer behind the award-winning Domain CityGate—has proposed a second residential community on approximately five acres at the southeast corner of Ferry Road and CityGate Lane. The proposed four-story development would add 297 apartment homes—studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans—along with planned amenities including an outdoor pool, gaming room, coworking lounge, pickleball court and a spa-like workout facility. The proposal has received a positive recommendation from Naperville's Planning and Zoning Commission and now moves to City Council for final approval. (Updated June 8, 2026).
