Moderated by Terry Savage, a nationally known journalist who covers personal finance, the markets and economic policy, the panel was composed of John P. Calamos, Sr., founder and global chief investment officer at Calamos Investments, Caroline Harris, vice president of tax policy at the United States Chamber of Commerce, and Gus Faucher, chief economist for PNC Financial Services.
