Food & wine on the patio: Hotel Arista & CityGate Grille host seasonal kickoff

With a hint of spring finally showing up in Chicagoland, it was a perfect evening at CITYGATE when Hotel Arista and CityGate Grille hosted neighbors for the first Patio Party of 2019.

Guests came from nearby Ecolab, Nicor, Forecast 5 and other businesses, as well as from non-profits such as Community Career Center and Little Friends, to welcome the season in the best way possible: Outside with great food and drink in hand.

CityGate Grille's Patio with a gas fire pit is adorned with Edison lights and hosts special events and private parties all season long.

Coming up next week, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 23, The Grille will host its Sipping Under the Stars wine tasting event. Tickets now are on sale at Eventbrite at just $38 per person for six wine tickets, passed appetizers, gratuity, tax and ticketing.
